It was revealed that this skeleton ages back to about 3.67 million years ago which means she is much older than other famous skeleton Lucy. Scientists that discovered the ancestor to human kind believes that the skeleton used to be a woman because, of her teeth and pelvis. She was in Rigor Mortis during her death due to her skeletal hand being balled up. They call her little foot because she is very small, with that being said Paleontologists believe she was a little girl that fell in a cave located in Johannesburg, South Africa called the Sterkfontein caves. Upon extracting little foot from the caves the paleontologists had to be very careful due to the fact that her bones were very soft from being buried in a concrete like material.
